用法

bash scripts/run-quality.sh <target> # 单目标：bun lint + tsc + oxfmt --check
bash scripts/run-quality.sh all # 全量：bun run format + oxfmt --check .

流程

运行 scripts/run-quality.sh；
修 lint/type/format 报错；
复跑直至通过。
